Why is there a fee for the discovery call?
The $39.99 session reserves dedicated time for real strategy — not a sales pitch. If we work together, that amount is credited toward your project deposit.
What happens on the discovery call?
We talk through where your business is now, where you want to be perceived, and whether TDR is the right studio to get you there. You'll leave with a clear sense of scope, timeline, and investment.
How do deposits and payments work?
After the call, if you want to move forward, we send a PayPal invoice for your deposit (typically 50% of the project total). Work does not begin until the deposit is paid. The balance is invoiced at agreed milestones — usually before launch.
How much does a full project cost?
Web design: Standard $5k–$7k, Premium $10k–$15k, Elite $20k+. AI automation, Managed IT, and Custom Systems are scoped on the call (or via site walkthrough for physical locations). See our services page for tiers.
Who will I actually work with?
Tony — directly. The same person doing the strategic thinking is the one designing and building your site. No subcontractors you never meet.
